I. QVX Token Distribution
The total supply of QVX is 100,000,000, distributed as follows:
* Mining Machine Mining: 50%
* Ecosystem Fund: 20%
* Team & Operations: 10%
* Early Investors: 10%
* Liquidity Pool: 5% (allocated for automated liquidity addition)
* Community Governance: 5%
II. Token Release Rules
To ensure the long-term stable development of the ecosystem, tokens will be released according to the following rules:
* Ecosystem Fund (20%): 18-month lockup, followed by linear release over 24 months.
* Team & Operations (10%): 18-month lockup, followed by linear release over 24 months.
* Early Investors (10%): 18-month lockup, followed by linear release over 24 months.
* Community Governance (5%): Linear release over 24 months.
* Liquidity Pool (5%): Allocated for automated liquidity addition.
III. Description of Mining Machine Mechanism
The mechanism for adding new mining machines will operate for 18 months. After this period, the system will stop generating new mining machines. This rule has been hardcoded into the on-chain smart contract and cannot be altered arbitrarily.
> Please note: Halting the addition of new mining machines does not mean mining will stop. Existing mining machines will continue to generate mining rewards in accordance with platform rules.
> Furthermore, once the mechanism stops adding new units, the Mining Machine NFTs will be opened for secondary market trading, allowing users to freely circulate and trade their held mining machine assets.
IV. Launch Schedule
Quorvex will officially launch QVX trading and mining machine mining on July 11, 2026.
